Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this Site to place an order with us, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Order Acceptance Policy
Payment shall be made by direct credit to our bank account. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honour the credit card for any reason.
Purchases will not be accepted until payment is received via direct credit.
There is a $20 minimum order cost for DIY products as unfortunately it is just not viable for me to make the 13km return trip to my closest Post Office for smaller orders.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a refund for the amount of the charge.
Product Availability
We cannot always guarantee product availability, We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. We may, at our discretion, substitute products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order and refund your payment. We will contact you prior to substitution if that is necessary.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipment of all products ordered via our premises in Beechina, Western Australia. As many of our products are custom made, you must allow time for those items to be made. I work on the “Soonest paid/soonest made” principle and orders are generally sent inside of 21 days. A ‘rush fee’ may be paid to ensure your order is made fast, and will be made and posted out within 3 days – but please note, this does NOT include postage time. If you have a particular date you need something for, please contact me first at showstyle@live.com.au to discuss your needs.
Please be very sure of your size and colour requirements before you order. If you change your mind after ordering, I cannot make a whole new item for you free of charge. DItto the sizing; you MUST measure accurately to get the correct sizing for browbands as I cannot just make you a new band if you have measured incorrectly.
I have reproduced colours as accurately as possible, but if you would like samples of ribbon sent out to you this can be done for a fee of $2 to cover postage.
